Dear Scientists, Researchers, Industry Representatives, and Technology Leaders,

Organized under this main theme, the congress will provide an international platform for the presentation and discussion of current research, innovative approaches, and application-oriented studies in the fields of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, information systems, software engineering, cybersecurity, and information technologies.

INFTEC'26 has evolved beyond a conventional scientific meeting where research papers are presented. It has become a strategic gathering point that fosters strong collaborations among academia, public institutions, and industry; promotes the development of international research networks; and contributes to shaping the technology ecosystem of the future.

We would be delighted to welcome you to INFTEC'26, which will be hosted by Near East University, one of the leading higher education institutions in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and a university ranked among the Top 500 universities worldwide in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2026.

We cordially invite you to contribute to our congress with your scientific work, share your expertise and experiences, and engage with distinguished stakeholders of the international technology ecosystem.

The conference proceedings book is intended to be evaluated for inclusion in appropriate indices under Scopus and/or Clarivate Web of Science (WoS). However, inclusion in these databases cannot be guaranteed in advance, as the final decision depends on the independent evaluation processes of the respective publisher and indexing organizations. The indexing process will proceed provided that all requirements regarding scientific quality, peer review, ethical publishing principles, and the publisher's editorial standards are strictly met.
